I can't open my FB because of bad IP?

Hey everyone , my problem
Is that I tried to open my FB but it won't open with me it says something like (Access restricted ( bad IP ) ) and its not only on my laptop but its also the same problem on my iPhone , iPad , and my brother has the same problem even my mum , dad and my little sister . We can't access to our FB and don't know what's the problem . Can u guys plz plz help me out here . And thank u so much

Someone has used your connection for something that has got it blocked. That would be your public IP address which is provided by your ISP. You need to find out who has abused the terms of service at FB.
