How to Delete Delta Search Engine from Google Chrome?

I have been searching ways to stop Delta Search from popping out of my Google Chrome, but no matter what answer I seek, it would always work for like a week then it would come back and then I would have to find another answer.

I have been trying to stop Delta Search from popping out in my Google Chrome since the newest update and I now, can't find anymore different solutions to stop Delta Search from popping out. (going through rough times so i'm not really that patient then before. )

Somehow the Delta Search Engine would come back to my Chrome and keep being my default homepage, for instance, I delete everything and anything related to the Delta Search and make google.com.hk as my default page, but when I turn on my computer the next day or a few days later, Delta Search would somehow come back and my homepage and everything that I just deleted would come back.
I have tried that, it doesnt work
I have done this before and re installing google chrome, but delta search still manages to pop out in a few days

uninstall google chrome from programs in controlpenal and reinstall chrome
