How do I get rid of limited access on my laptop?
I have seen answers to this question before, but none of them have helped me. They all say go to 'menus'. Sorry if I'm being stupid, but do they mean the windows button? The control panel - what!? I just want to get rid of the limited access on my laptop because every so often the connection goes to limited and the only way to fix it is to reboot, which is annoying.
It is a Samsung that runs Windows 7 if that helps
Thanks to anyone who helpsSmile

Limited Access is usually due to a DNS Error.
Hold Windows + R
Type CMD
In the Command Box that opens type
ipconfig /flushdns
hit enter
type nbtstat -RR
hit enter

Also can occur when you only have access to internal resources, such as the DSL connection has dropped.
