"Email" isn't an app. Look at the top left corner of the screen to see the name of the app. Could be Safari, Mail, Google Chrome, Firefox....???? What is it?

Another vague thing is "iMac". Did you know the iMac was first made in 1998? Surely your iMac isn't THAT OLD, is it?
