How can I find someone?

Okay, I'm not really sure how to word this.. But.. I'm trying to get in touch with someone that I haven't spoken to for years... I know for a fact that they aren't on any social sites like facebook or Twitter.. I need a way to find them?

Is there any website that will allow me to just type in a name and address to give me information on them? Like emails, or telephone numbers, etc...

I've tried, but all the websites i've found want me to pay money..

Please help, I really need to get in touch with this person..

Unless you are willing to part with some $$ you're pretty much out of luck. If you know what city they are in, you could try public records.
