can't download google chrome?

can't download google chrome?
I am a windows 8 user. Once I downloaded google chrome and used it but now I am unable to open it so I tried to reinstall it but I am not able to download and reinstall it . Please help me come out of this problem.

Try restoring the system back to a point before you were unable to open it, and install an antivirus.

Clean the register and you local installed folder, then try to do it again.
