Why doesn't Instagram allow video posts for my android mobile phone?

So on Instagram i have a newer android phone, and instagram is updated fully according to the app store, but it won't let me post video's...It doesn't even show the video button on either the advanced camera, or the regular camera...Help? Am i the only one this happens to, or is it just the phone?

I guess you need to try again on some other way to update properly you phone.
