If you are a big fan of Instagram, do not get the NOKIA ones. They reel you in with the extremely low prices, but do not inform you that NOKIA is Windows phone, not Android. Windows phone doesn't get good apps. If there is anything provocative on an app, like the doodle god sex thing; Windows Blocks it. But other than that they are really good phones. I have no clue about the Samsung one.

I'd recommend the Nokia Lumia 720.

It has Facebook, Twitter, Xbox, Office and Skype built in. It also has Nokia Music for completely free and unlimited music mixes; and HERE Maps for completely free, voice-guided, turn by turn navigation; that can even work offline. It also has plenty of apps to download from Windows Phone Store (though less than Android).

In comparison to the Lumia 520 and Galaxy S Duos, it has a larger, more responsive touchscreen that actually reduces glare from the sun. It has 8GB of storage (double that of the Galaxy). The camera is amazing - it takes better low-light images than some high-end Android smartphones, and Carl Zeiss optics mean greater details in your photos. It also has the best front facing camera ever seen on a Nokia. The GPS is more accurate than the Galaxy (because it has GLONASS), and the battery life is far better than both the Lumia 520 and the Galaxy.

go for lumia 720 it is best according to my experience.it has great camera ,good battery life ,plus it is a windows phone so u wont experience any lag.
