Deleting ex off Facebook and Instagram a good or bad thing?
My ex broke up with me a month or two ago. We stayed in contact ever since the break up until just recently. We met each other through work but I got laid off in November. I'm coming back next week simply because of the money. I see him in Facebook everyday. He's either liking other girls pictures, liking captioned pictures, or posting status'. He is seeing some girl that works with him and I. She posts hearts on his status' he winks at them, they like each other's stuff, they tagged each other saying they were going out to eat with friends, he liked a captioned picture that says "When everything goes wrong someone comes along to prove you wrong" and "Being friends with someone is weird. You just choose a person you met and you like and you do things with them". Usually he's online whenever this girl is which makes me wonder if their hanging out. I couldn't ever get rid of him. Even if I want to move on I still have to work with him.

It's fine. You should move on. Social media has a habit of letting people who should not be in your life to wear out their welcome.

I've unfriended ex's if I didn't really want them in my life anymore. Having to see him at work is one thing, you don't have to keep being reminded of him in your personal life as well. I say get rid of him.

Move on and delete him. He is trying to make you jealous and it's working. Get over it and cut ties
