You can also contact the Thoroughbred database there, worth a shot. If you tried all the other source I requested then the following may serve you better. keep in mind first,
since it's way over 10 years it would be tough to find pics. The track usually has picture/history of the winning circle horses, however, since the track is now closed this makes even more tough. However, if you can locate the tracks photographer that may help. I will check wiki for any additional info I can find on Commodore Downs.

Edit to add: You may want to call to find where all the horse racing records went for that track that was once located at Fairview Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania.

According to wiki:
Commodore Downs was a 3/4 mile American horse racing track located in Fairview Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania.

The $4 million facility opened for its first season of racing in 1973 after a one-year delay due to financial problems. From the outset, the track had consistently low attendance and purses averaging less than $20,000, making it difficult to attract popular horses. Industrialist Franciszek Jarecki bought the track in January 1980 for $600,000 after serving on the board of directors for many years.[1] Hoping to bring in new management, Jarecki attempted to break the lease with Lakelands Racing Association, who previously operated the facility, but was forced to continue the lease due to an unfavorable court ruling.

Lakeland's efforts continued to fail, leading to the tracks' closing in 1983 with $1.8 million in debt. The track signed an agreement with the Washington Trotting Association to reopen as Lakeshore Meadows in 1984 with harness racing, but closed again after only one year. A final attempt to save the track in 1986 under the name Erie Downs failed as well. Those problems persisted and the track closed quietly in 1988. Today the property is the site of an industrial park.

Last but not least, try the Horse Racing Industry. In USA - Each state has it's own contact so there are many.. a popular one is The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission which is located in the Kentucky Horse Park. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with the licensing office open from 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Horse racing is the most poorly statiscally recorded sport out there. It's hard enough to find information from 5 years ago, let alone a track that is no longer in existence. My guess is, you have a better chance of seeing god.

Nonetheless, if you're able to locate the actual songs wedding photographer that can help. I'll verify wiki for virtually every additional information I'm able to discover on commodore downs.
