help with google chrome?

i just installed google chrome, but i cant open it by just double clicking, i have to run it as admin to open it everytime. Anyone know how to make it normal? and i checked computer, program files to find chrome, but i also have to run it as admin to start it.

Are you sure that you really downloaded GOOGLE Chrome TM ? Because I have been using GOOGLE Chrome for a long time and no error occurs. So I suggest re-downloading the software at
