Twitter app problems?

Okay well I mean problem. Here's the story: I deleted the app and I redownloaded it. When I try to open the app a login prompt pops up and when I try to type in my password it won't work because when I try to type on it the keys won't move or anything. It's frozen. Not sure how to solve this problem, I definitely don't want to reset my phone (unless my contacts will be safe). Give me your advice/smarts!!

Test it on the Mobile Website and Twitter Website if It Works on There Than it May be a Issue Some How With the App And you Cant Fix That

Does It Happen With Any Other Sites Or Apps If Not Than Its Probably Just Something With Twitter
