I am so mad at my best friend?

My best friend and I have been friends for fifteen years, we were 3 when we met and are 19 now. We have known each other for years and I have never done anything to intentionally hurt her and she knows that. Sure we have had arguments but nothing like this. So a couple of days ago she sent me a text saying, "I am upset you didn't like my brothers facebook page, you just don't like him because he has aspergers. Then the other day you told me I procrastinated and it hurt my feelings. I just wanted to confront you."
I texted her back to say I was sorry but she wouldn't hear my side. Number 1- her brother is sweet and I'm friends with him. I have a disability too so I would never be mean to others about theirs. The only reason I didn't like his facebook was because he was supporting something I didn't believe in. Number 2- my best friend didn't even pick up the phone to talk to me. She sent me a text so I couldn't hear the tone in her voice and we couldn't talk it out. Then she said she wanted to confront me. I didn't hurt her intentionally and yes I said she procrastinated. She waited until the morning her project was due to actually start the research. I remember I said to her "You really procrastinated but I'm sure you did great." I would have rather her called me on the phone and said I would like to talk to you instead of I wanted to confront you. She texted " I'm not mad" about five times in the text, I know her, when she says something over and over she's trying to convince herself to believe it. She has really changed, I have done a lot of things for her (Carried her books when she was on crutches, picked her up at the car dealership when her car broke down,etc.) and now she's treating me like I am the worst person in the world. What should I do? I have college classes with her for days a week.
