How can u tell if an account on Instagram is a hacker or not real?
For instance, sometimes someone will send me a request but when I go to look at their profile to see who it is their account is also locked. Shouldn't I be able to see their pics if their sending me a request?? I don't want to accept some fake person.

You never accept friend requests if you don't know for sure who the person is
