Selling a domain on Sedo?

I have some domains in cash parking with GoDaddy. They have made no money. So I want to sell them on Sedo. So what do I do first? Is it stop the cash parking at GoDaddy then list them for sale at Sedo or list them for sale on Sedo and wait for them to be sold. Then stop the cash parking.

Lower value names may do as well on the Godaddy auction.

I don't see parking effecting the sale price, someone is hoping for inherited PR from a recently retired site will qulckly see they are not right for that.
