Some like to keep hanging on that special day's memory even though she had 1 - 2 kids already but still want to cherish and reminiscent her beautiful figure and unforgettable, gorgeous wedding dress which she could not have fitted in anyway with those kids and time. She is not committing any crime and she is entitled to put whatever she wants most for everyone to see in her FB. You have seen it, some new people have not. Its not a wrong doing *

Leave her be. Constantly updating and changing your profile picture is quite annoying (I mean like every few days)
