How to retrieve my Instagram account back?

So i put a random email adress linked to my 4k account , and they said, for security reasons they have reset my password and to get it back id have to go to my email. Which is non existent. Plzz dont say it cannot be donee . !! Helppp!

Only thing I can think is you will need to contact Instagram telling them you don't have access to the old e-mail address and provide them with all the details on the account including what the old address was and what you want the new one to be.
