That's debatable but so many people do and there are so many posts every day that Facebook would have to employ everyone in China to moderate it. Unless your friends list contains lots of moaning old ladies who'll report you then you should be okay. Facebook reserve the right to remove anything without explanation but unless you create a group that offends hundreds of people then nothing happens usually.

Page admins are able to limit the language users use within their page. There's an option in page settings like this: Profanity filter: 1.low 2.medium 3.strict
