My router stopped connecting to the internet?

Usually this happens and I just click the reset button or disconnect it but it won't work this time. It's the belkin router and usually the light is blue but now it's orange and it won't connect. What should I do ? I've already tried resetting.

Try unplugging the power to your router for 20 to 30 seconds.
Then plug it back in.

try run hardwired from modem directly and see it works. if it does , it is the router fault.
