Why wouldn't my Dropbox account sign in?
hey guys when I'm trying to sign in, in my dropbox account it says "Invalid e-mail or password". I know my email is 100% correct but with my password I tried to change it by clicking on "Forgot your password?" when I do that it asks for the e-mail address and I then enter the same e-mail I tried to sign in but it says "No account with that e-mail address exists". so I tried to create a new account with the same e-mail address and then it says "This e-mail is already taken".
What is the problem, and how can I fix it? Thanks in Advan =) Ads |

can you request a ticket support from dropbox ? or just ask for help on thier twitter help account
