Instagram blocked me?

I decided i would like every picture in my news feed tonight out of courtesy. But after multiple likes, Instagram told me i could no longer use this feature because i was abusing it. I cant find a real answer on the internet. Is my account banned? Or is it that i cant like pictures anymore? Im not sure, but it took me 2 years to get my page the way i wanted it, and i do not want it to get banned. Please help. Is my account lost? How long am i blocked for?

I don't use Instagram, but that sounds ridiculous. If I were you I would send a message to support.
