Is it legal for me to make this facebook page?
I want to make a facebook page about boycotting American Apparel. The picture is one of their offensive advertisements simply saying "Boycott of American Apparel." Is this legal? Can American Apparel sue some one for this?

No it's not illegal and no they probably won't sue you. Altho facebook might remove your group because they are weird about certian groups of stores.
