Ordering something online with a prepaid visa?
So, I'm a 16 yeah old who doesn t have a license. I want to order a pax vaporizer with money I saved from working. So my question is how do I get prepaid visa I can order with 300 dollars on it?

You can buy prepaid visa cards at a wal mart are freds and have them put the money on the card.
