And yes, I hit the "refresh" button plenty of times. And I signed off and back on. I even logged off completely and got back on board. Still the messages are missing. What else can I do?

Maybe she is lying? Or there is a problem with the service at the moment ...

I'm experiencing the same thing. I get them hours to days later. I also wonder since I do use this for work if there are ones that are not coming through at all.

I am having the same problem!!! I now have the same emails coming to my gmail account and they get there with no problem at all and on a timely basis. Meanwhile, I'm missing half of the emails from my friend who has put both email address in the To line.

I tweet Yahoo Customer Care 2 days ago about this problem and they have not done a damn thing to fix it! I got a DM claiming that engineering is working on it but no one even contacted me to find out what my actual issue is. I am about to leave Yahoo Mail forever and make sure to social media the heck out of all my issues with them. Did you notice there is NO WAY to contact them AT ALL? They do not have an email address, a chat window or a phone number for customer service. Maybe they are trying to phase out the Yahoo Mail product and they are doing it by making it so shitty that we all leave. (Kind of like the way most husbands get their wives to leave them.) I wish they'd just shut the program down rather than making it so bad that we all leave. It's such a shame too because Yahoo! Mail works so much better on my cell phone than the Gmail does.

If any of you have figured out how to get an actual customer service rep to fix this problem be sure to let me know.
