What phones have a front camera?

Ok i have an iphone 4 had it for about 3 years and i wanted to upgrade
Im thinking about iphone 5 but i wanted something different than everyone else
But things i want mainly other than the obvious like wifi,phone signal etc etc
I would like front camera?
Apps and this ones not important but an instagram

Almost all modern phones. By that I mean a Nexus.

All of these have front facing cameras. Ignore the Windows Phones & Nokias & pretty much every other one should run Instagram.

I'd get the iPhone 5 though. Better, faster, lighter iPhone 4 + you don't loose the investment with the apps you've bought & on the system with the best update system.
