I have a idea for an “app”, it might sound strange but this app might just be the next big thing in social media, so why is it when I have been contacted by companies who want me pay for them to develop this for me after speaking to them for hours on the phone, and them saying they love the thing, if they love it that much why don’t the offer to buy it off me.
Any ideas on any companies who would do this and then pay royalties,

Could you tell us some more info about this "app" so we can find out what its about? If you tell me some more info about this app I can tell you why they don't buy it.
If you want to go big go for Apple and Android. They pay big and are big companies

umm, if you haven't patented the idea or app, they are probably stealing the idea as we speak and writing the app.

you basically gave your idea away for free...sorry bro. maybe next time.

and it usually is a collaborative workings. you have an idea, you pay someone or some company to develope the app, and you BOTH make money off of it.
