will google chromes ad blocker block the adds on youtube and owned tv? if not when will they? and wat google chrome blocker is the best

I'm not sure about owned tv, but Adblock for Chrome https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detai...m?hl=en-US will block YouTube ads, including the annoying 30 sec ads on all if not most of youtube videos. It is being used by more than 1 mill users.
