Would i be able to heal now after a heart break of two years ?

I have just break off all my contact with my ex bf , we were separated in 2012 , but i agreed to be his friend , but he didn't value me , he just kept me as an option.
Now today i have deleted him off everyhwhere fb , mobile etc because he was ignoring me too much n it was hurting me alot , i couldn't bear his rudeness , ignorance.
For two years m in continuous pain, i wanna heal now

So breaking off al contact would help me to move on or not ?
I am so afraid i won't live without him :'( but he was treating me like a CRAP
he left me because of his parents who weren't agree for our marriage

Yes, breaking it off with him will allow you to leave him in the past and move on. Try not to keep your thoughts on him. If you don't dwell on him by doing other things and putting your attention elsewhere, you will definitely heal.
