My crush rejected me?

My crush rejected me.
We're both 16, today is her birthday. We started talking a few weeks ago and she gave me signs that she was interested in me, so I kept talking to her; then I decided to buy her two seasons of her favourite show and made her a video where I showed her what I felt, which are actually 9 hours of my time to make those gifts. I actually felt something for her.
Two days ago, a friend of mine sent me her twitter account to check out something unexpected, she wrote 3 hate tweets towards me, and I told her afterwards that I would stop talking to her, I even told her about the seasons and the video, I told her everything over how I felt about her, and she just said 'bye'. She blocked her twitter account with security and removed me from her friends' list, a friend of mine told me that she asked him how many content he could see if she blocked him. I don't understand why she is mad, she already dumped me and broke my heart.
I felt sad the whole time, I tried to smile through all of it; her best friend deleted me from her facebook, and well I have been ignoring this problem but I cannot stop thinking of it, I have tried exercising, running, anything, but it still clings on to my mind, and I want to stop giving it importance.
Yesterday, there was an event of business partners of the school's groups where the leaders of such would give their positions to the 'new fish', and I was supposed to be given the position as the 'Social Action Manager' of the school's entertainment group, but I didn't attend because I was playing basketball trying to stop thinking of it, hell then everyone at the event came out of the school and most of them stared at me for not showing up, she even avoided me and her sister gave me a dead look; I went back to playing basketball with a friend and after we left, I saw her turning her head towards me to stare at me, and I just ignored it; I do not know how to feel about this.

P.S. She broke up with her boyfriend 3 months ago.
