If any third party search my school name on LinkedIn, will he or she find my name at the top?
Thank you for your advice, Erick. I am wondering if my name and profile will always appear at the top of the page when anyone search my school name on LinkedIn. I am not advertising myself, though.

It is more likely that you have typed in the name of your school in a unique way, meaning it is not the same way as the school itself has entered it, or others have typed it. For example, the "official" entry is James Monroe High School, but you have typed James Monroe High. Even a difference in capitalization makes a difference.
