Internet advertising. Just make it look cool and sophisticated not a like scam. Also tel your friends and get them to tell their friends to tell their friends friends about it.

You could promote using social networking sites. you could post links there or advertise. You can go for paid-to-click sites and pay for traffic. I always go to paid-to-click sites when I build web sites. But you can just tell everybody in the neighborhood about your site and expect that people will start visiting your site.
