Question about Skype?

So I've been trying to delete/block someone from skype. I know that chat history is saved locally, so if I delete someone from skype on my ipad will they also be deleted from my Contacts list on my computer? Same goes with blocking. Also, does deleting/blocking someone remove the chat history I had with them? Thank you.
When I say "On my computer," I mean any device at all*

I'm pretty sure blocking them doesn't delete the chat history.
And if you delete them from one device, it's gonna delete them from every device because it's still skype that you're using
