I want to know how to use Instagram properly like how do I get more followers and how can I get other friends/people to follow me back! Please help

:| you're serious? The answer is that you don't, shouldn't you have friends to follow you then have it grow. I don't know these days most people are too busy to even keep up with social media sites unless it's like twitter or something where you get first hand info quickly.
