what does this guy mean?

I met this guy a few days ago online and he seemed different but was an asshole. he seemed pretty guarded and sensitive but he remained arrogant and said he didn't want disappointment since he found me to be interesting and figured he'd be this way so he loses nothing if we stop talking. I can see where he's coming from because the place I met him from has lots of backstabbing dramatic people. he wrote this to me on fb:


"sorry about last night... not that it matters anyways... I just found you interesting when you told me about yourself... I don't like disappointment... and it really doesn't matter anyways since people are so disposable and interchangeable... ill treat you with respect though and I'm really sorry"
