How do you close or minimize the banner ad when it doesn't have an X to click on to minimize the ad?

Typically their is an X to click on in the upper right corner so that you can minimize the ad. But this ad is for Apple ipad air and their is nothing to click on anywhere. I hovered over the entire ad and there is nothing.

I totally understand what you mean about the X not being there. So what i normally do is on the task bar on the bottom of your screen I right click the webpage or the add and choose close. Once you right click it gives you the option to close. So you don´t even have to open the page at all. right click, close
