Problem when trying to download files.?
Every time I try to download something it keeps on saying that there needs to be a connection to connect but there always is a network connection to connect. Heard it also had to do with my administration settings if it does have something to do with those settings how would you change it. Issue that's been around for some time now. Operating system is windows 7 and I use Google chrome.
Using different internet explorers does nothing at all.

I bypass my regular downloads and use this program download accelerator plus seems to work well for me , http://www.speedbit.com and it's free , might want to check your firewall settings
