How do I upload a profile picture to a Facebook Group page?

How do I upload a profile picture to a Facebook Group page?
I can do this easily on my own Facebook page but can't see how to do it on a Group page that I administer. The photo I want to use is already in the Group photos. Please help!

It should work the same like the regular upload on facebook. But the settings may need to be tweaked
after the changeover that facebook just did.
