some websites and applications (instagram) work on my HTC One cellular device?
For some reason whenever I want to go into a certain website, such as mp3skull.com, or an application, such as instagram. It redirects me to a Vodacom (my cellular provider) webpage. Please help!!

sometimes, cell companies put "blockers" on pages that might be considered "adult"
I know t-mobile does that. basically all i had to do was go into my account and turn this blocker off. took like 2 minutes. check into that.
