Windows 8 Boot Up Issue?

Windows 8 Boot Up Issue?
So I recently got a new computer from CyberPowerPC, custom built. I wasn't having problems except for a Windows 8 activation pop-up that would pop up every once in a while. I couldn't find the windows 8 key they supposedly sent to me and I got fed up and downloaded a watermark remover (which was my first mistake). At first I could sign in and it'd sign into a black screen with a cursor. I rebooted it and hit F2 and ever since I changed a few settings it won't even let me sign in.

When I start up the computer it instantly goes to:
>>Checking Media Presence...
>>Media Present...
>>Start PXE over IPv4

then the bottom line changes to
>>Start PXE over IPv6

then it goes to:
Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

I tried many different things because the only thing I can do is access the F2 menu but I can't figure out how to boot it up or start it in safe mode (if that'd help enough to uninstall the watermark remover)

My options on top when I hit F2 are Main, Advanced, Security, Boot, and Exit (It doesn't say BIOS on top, like most videos on youtube and fixes on the internet say). The top bar says Aptio Setup Utility

I have a windows 8 disc I got with the laptop but it won't start up (I thought that might be what it meant by Insert Boot Media) but it doesn't do anything.

If anyone has any idea how I can fix this issue any advice or ways of fixing this would help.

Thanks,

John

Insert disk into tray, then boot and in BIOS select DISK as first boot device.
If you don't know how to make it first device (anyway this is better option), go into Boot Override Menu or title whatever and select DVD, press enter.....then reinstall the Windows.
You can use Windows as trial for 30 days untill you get the key from them. OR just use phone activation method to activate it over phone (at nsaneforums.com - http://www.nsaneforums.com/topic/153807-...ctivation/ )

Have you setup your Windows Live Account to sign?
Sounds like the computer is having issues with the WLAN and is looking for an internet connection.
Plug in an Ethernet cable and boot. If the computer boots, then allow to install the 100+ updates

Make sure your W8 is activated and all updates are up to date. It's to your advantage to setup a MS Hotmail or Outlook Online Account in order for you APPS to work.

Activation → Right click the START Icon → SYSTEM → scroll down to Windows Activation

Set up your Windows Live Account → CHARMS Menu(bottom RH corner) → Settings → Change PC Settings → USERS → Your Account & setup

From the Desktop screen → Windows Key + W → enter USER in search
Click USERS on search results → "Your Account" & setup

You will be asked how to would like to obtain your code → Text or an email account
For example if you enter your Yahoo email as the source, then go to your Yahoo Mail Inbox to retrieve this message from MS →

Microsoft will send you an account verification code to the email address you specified →

Thanks for helping us verify your Microsoft account (xxxxxx@live.com)!

Here is your code: 8****66

If you didn't request this code, we recommend that you go to https://account.live.com and change your password.

Thanks,
The Microsoft account team

Activate the hidden Safe Mode option for W8

Right click START Icon → Command Prompt (Administrator)

to enable SAFE MODE at the CMD prompt → type →
bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy

Restart computer → tap F8 repeatedly to enter SAFE MODE
