cant perform facebook videocall ?? how to solve?

when i perform facebook video call the following error was occured :

facebook videocalling.exe- entry point not found

the procedure entry point get logical processor information cound not be located int he dynamic
link library kernel32.dll.

so how to solve permanently this problem???
