Please help me with Internet question!!!?
I am soconfused as to whether or not this is fast. According to the Verizon site my internet speed is: Ping= 91ms Download=59Mbps Upload=38.85 Mbps
I can't stream Netflix in HD meanwhile it's only two rooms away. I'm paying for the Verizon 50/25 internet service. Are these numbers normal? Or are they extremely slow? Thank you!

ummm that is very fast. you have a bottleneck somewhere. either your modem or wireless router is causing the problem. Ive streamed netflix hD no problem with 5mbps down..after some buffering tho.

Hi Mike,

60 megabytes per second is quite fast, in the Philippines, my download speed was only around 0.15 or sometimes 3 megabytes per second. However it did load pages fine.

Right now I get around 80 megabytes per second and it is really fast. (I'm back on United States soil)

How many bytes are in bytes?
1 terabyte = About 1024 gigabytes
1 gigabyte = About 1024 megabytes
1 megabyte = About 1024 kilobytes
1 kilobyte = About 1024 bytes

If you want faster internet (like extremely fast)
Check to see if your location qualifies for Google Fiber or Verizon Optic Fiber

That's as far as I know, I hope this helps Mike.

Your ping is very high, 20 would be great, a 59 MbpS is better than the 50 promised by Verizon.

Any speed over 25 is good, 50 is more than you need to stream Netflix HD, whatever your problem is, it is not your speeds.
