How do I dispute being banned from call of duty ghost?

Is it possible to report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau)? I just logged on myself and same happened to me. I'm 31 yrs old and in the military. I don't do the hacking or cheating thing and I don't even have a mic. I'm thinking the server itself got hacked and we're the victims.

I've been banned as well, same situation, don't hack, not even a good player, been on activision and infinity ward facebook, twitter, and web page, always say the same thing, ban is final, look at the code of conduct. this is BS, I want my money back. It looks like hundreds if not thousands are being banned, I think they have been hacked and don't even know it yet, but I can't imagine i'll ever buy activision or COD game again

This very thing has happened to me today as well, possible claims for a class action law suit. Just like everyone else i paid for a game and various exspansion packs that i want a refund for. There is absolutely no reason for this permanent
ban i do not cheat, boost, or use offensive language. If there is any way to reverse or dispute the ban please post.

Same thing happened to me. I am a forty year old construction business owner. I wouldn't have a clue how to hack or boost. My rubbish stats would prove I don't cheat anyway. Don't think it is the server though. I am in Western Australia don't know where the rest of you are. If this doesn't get resolved then I want a refund on the game price

Add another one to your list .. I am permanently banned aswell .. And i have done nathing wrong ever !! ........ If they dont sort this out soon , i am not going to buy another Call of Duty game ever !!!

I got banned right around when everyone started posting yesterday. I've done nothing wrong as well and it seems like they don't care or don't know but I'm starting to wondering if they were hacked if they will do anything about it. I myself don't want a refund I just want to play my game. I'm betting that anyone who has been in a modded lobby is getting the ban. Not much a player can do there because you can be tossed right into one from the match making system. I'm going to give it a week and if I'm not unbanned I'm trading my copy in to game stop and then I'm never buying anything made by them again. Thats about all you can do at this point.
