How do I dispute being banned from call of duty ghost?

Same thing happened to me today. Here's activisions support phone number, (310)-255-2050. Although they're not open until Monday
If my account doesn't get restored I will be speaking to a lawyer, and with so many people that this has happened to, I don't see there being a problem with this case taking off.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I have no mic, don't chat, don't even have an idea of how to cheat and they dropped the ban. Customer support was no help.

This is ridiculous. I have a decent kill death ratio but I have never hacked, used mods, boosted or used any offensive language . I just play for fun and after a long week I come back to it saying I'm perm banned. A lot of people seem to be having the same problem I see so I just thought I'd post this. Hopefully it will be resolved..

This happened to me as well. I was playing last night and everything was fine. I tried to get on today and it says my console device has been permanently banned. And i am 100% sure that i have done nothing wrong. And i have just bought season pass and if this doesn't change, i want my money back

It happened to me too. I wasn't even playing online I was playing against the bots on the new maps I just purchased! It popped up that I was permanently banned. I've never cheated, boosted or none of that crap. I play solo all the time. This is a load of crap and it's unfair. I prestiged twice and was working on my third character. They need to fix this! I called and they just pretty much said there is nothing they can do.

My son was banned as well, he was playing and when i tried to join in it banned the console. Sounds like some legal actions may need to take place

Exactly. I thought I was banned for my fileshare but I thought, no, file share is a part of the PSN community. Then I tried to search for anything and everything I could find to unban my console, so obviously and luckily I thought
"Oooh, Yahoo." And hey, everyone. I wasn't the only fucking one who got banned, I declare a riot and shit. This sucks.
