Google chrome stopped working?

So I decided to just open up firefox, and now my google chrome wont work all of a sudden? I uninstalled and re installed, but no luck...it doesn't even open.

Restarted etc

Anyway, I also get something called "Windows command processor" popping up? Ever since my google chrome stopped working....I should never have open firefox lol

So please help./

Do a system restore back to the time Google Chrome was working fine
