How do i remove an Apple ID (icloud) account off an iPhone 4?

I recently bought an iPhone from another person on glyde.com & the person i bought it from didnt remove their apple account & there is no way i can contact them. I need to remove it so I can use the phone. Does anyone know how to remove?

You have to unlock it in order so you can use it as new again, i used http://www.icloudunlock.com.mx and worked out excellent, how ever if you don't get the job done by 2 weeks, you get your money back.
