how can i advertise my handyman services?

I live in El Paso,Tx. and i'm trying to start my own business as a handyman

Here are a few inexpensive/expensive ways you can advertise your handyman services:
1. Create posters or flyers. With the permission from your city or town or something, post the flyers or posters throughout the town, such as on store windows or doors, in waiting rooms or front offices. Basically, in places where there's a lot of people traffic.
2. Promote it on billboards to catch the attention of people driving.
3. Television advertisement
4. Radio advertisement
5. Create a website online.
6. If you do create a website, you can share that link on social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, and your friends will share it with their friends.
7. Start a blog online.
8. Put it in the newspaper.
9. Create business cards. For this I was thinking you can go door to door distributing your business card and letting people know who you are, what you do, what your service is, etc. You can also give a few business cards to your friends and family so they can distribute them to people they know.
10. I heard you can advertise your service on Craigslist. Maybe look into that one?
