If Twitter had been around during the DC Sniper Shootings of 2002 would the suspects have been caught sooner?
Someone mentioned this today, it is the 10th anniversary this month, and I wondered. I don't use twitter but it makes sense as in 2002 it was Email and not Twitter or Facebook.
