Someone posted pics of my kids online and refuses to delete them?

Please help! I have repeatedly asked this girl to delete them and she refuses. She is a scary person who used to date a family member and she has done some awful awful things. We are told she has also said nasty things about our babies...things so bad that it can't even be repeated to us. . I don't know what to do! She is a scary person, I've reported this to Instagram but they haven't done anything. Any suggestions?

Have you emailed the company that hosts per website? If they are your pictures, she is violating your copyright by posting those pictures.

Really depends on how she got the pictures. If she was the photographer, and the kids were not somewhere where they had a reasonable expectation of privacy (bathroom, locker room, shower, changing room, etc) then she can legally do whatever she wants to do with the pictures.
