I'm a freshman, and am friends with this senior guy. I met his other senior friend.

They were talking:
New friend: How old are you
Me: 14. 15 in two weeks
New friend;s *eyes widen: Isn't 15 the age of consent?
Old friend: I think it's 16, maybe 15 idk
New friend: I think it's 15

Then his new friend wanted to follow me on instagram and friend one was like, "OHHH are you going to ask her for her kik?"

The new guy laughed really hard at everything i said and touched my leg a lot. He has a girlfriend of 2 weeks

I think he's bad news stay away. the very fact that he brought up the age of consent when you had JUST met him should set u little red flags. never be alone with him and try to avoid him altogether, if that's not possible then always be with a friend when around him. if you happen to be considering dating him then don't have sex cause technically that would make him a rapist in the eyes of the law.
