Why is my PS4 internet so slow?

i know it's not that slow but i'm talking about compared to what i should be getting.

and yes, i'm using a wired connection. i get about 25 mbps download speed and 1.5-3.5 mbps upload speed on the ps4 with wired connection. but with a wired connection on my laptop, i get 78 mbps download speed and 7.5 mbps upload speed.

what's the deal?
i said WIRED connection, not WIRELESS connection. it has the ethernet cable plugged in.

PSN is the problem.

It is probably the fact that it is a wireless connection. They tend to have lower speeds than wired. Not sure why. It also might be the PS4 itself.
